Board and Committee meetings and attendance

The Board meets on a quarterly basis to review operations and monthly reports are circulated to the directors by the CIS Manager. The Chairperson in collaboration with the CIS Manager and the Secretary, agree on meeting agendas and board packs are usually sent to directors in advance.

The minutes of proceedings of each Board and Committee meeting are recorded by the Secretary and are submitted at their next meeting for approval and signature by the Chairperson and the Secretary.
